Clarks Village is a well-established and popular shopping destination attracting visitors from across the region. 

PRSG were commissioned to inspect, repair, and restore the glazed canopy systems to ensure they remained safe, functional, and maintaining the high standards expected at a premium retail outlet. 

As a key commercial property in Land Securities' portfolio, maintaining the structural and aesthetic integrity of Gunwharf Quays is crucial.

The centre features multiple large, glazed atriums and overhead canopies, which require regular maintenance and occasional replacement to ensure safety and enhance visual appeal.

The Victoria Quarter in Leeds is a prestigious shopping arcade and a Grade 2 Listed Building, known for its unique architectural features and high-end retail spaces. 

Over time, the existing roof glazing had deteriorated, leading to concerns about water ingress. Given the building's listed status, any restoration work had to comply with strict conservation guidelines.

The client faced a significant safety issue when a glass pane broke and fell during shopping hours, prompting an immediate response from the Health and Safety Executive (HSE). 

With a vast array of shops and restaurants, the centre attracts millions of visitors annually. To maintain its appeal and ensure the safety and comfort of visitors, PRSG took role of the principal contractor to carry out a full refurbishment of the external glazing systems in the mall's large, glazed atriums.
