PR Structural Glazing was formed by Robert Henry Pennick in 1999. Robert had worked within the commercial glazing industry his entire career. Applying his extensive knowledge, experience and skills to the installation of glass and aluminium Louvre, Brise Soliel, Motorized Solar Panelling and Smoke Ventilators, opened up what was to be a long relationship with Colt UK. 

In agreement with Colt UK, PRSG embarked on diversifying and growing the client base. The plan was to canvass shopping centres within East Anglia and identify glazing refurbishment opportunities on projects whilst performing works on behalf of Colt. 

1) Bristol Airport - When servicing the Colt ventilators, it was noticed the glazed pods over the Departures and Arrivals Lounge were in a poor state of repair. 

2) A Shopping Centre in Thurrock in Essex - Edwin prospected the Centre and established they had been let down by previous repair solutions of water ingress into the main atria which did not resolve the potential hazard for the pedestrians below.

Over the years PRSG worked closely with Colt UK and their Service department, recognising the opportunities which their sales team generated by offering glazing refurbishment alongside their servicing contracts.
