The project encompassed the refurbishment of three key areas within the mall: the East Atrium, West Atrium, and Central Atrium. The aim was to replace the ageing glazed structures with a new, contemporary glazing system that would not only enhance the visual appeal but also improve the functionality and energy efficiency of these spaces. 

To ensure accuracy and efficiency, an initial survey was conducted during the COVID-19 pandemic using 3D laser scanning technology. This approach enabled the project team to maintain the programme of works while adhering to safety protocols.

Logistics and Coordination: Managing the logistics of a live shopping mall environment required careful planning to minimize disruption to ongoing operations. Coordination with mall management and tenants was crucial to ensure smooth execution.

Structural Integrity: Ensuring the structural integrity of the new glazing system was paramount, particularly given the mall's location in an area prone to inclement weather conditions.
